A Taste Of Home reserves the right to cancel, or reject orders placed. In addition A Taste Of Home reserves the right to delete or substitute specific items from orders, if these are not in stock on the required delivery day.

Products will be delivered by A Taste Of Home s own home delivery service. For special delivery requirements please use the contact page of the site.

Deliveries are done Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 18.00 are delivered the following day.

Orders above the value of €50 will be delivered free of charge.

Home Delivery Service Area is defined as Barcelona city center.

Failure to be present during the booked delivery time will result in a re-delivery charge which will be automatically charged to the purchasers credit card.

To arrange re-delivery you should contact A Taste Of Home via email or phone.

A Taste Of Home makes every effort to make sure that the products shown on the web site are in stock. Should, for whatever reason, a product no longer be available A Taste Of Home will provide a suitable substitute or, should no substitute be available, provide a refund.

Any damaged products must be reported to us immediately upon delivery, where a refund or replacement will be provided. We cannot accept claims for damaged goods after delivery is completed.

Payments are done via credit card and are processed via our 128bits SSL certified securer. Any refunds agreed upon will be made to the same credit card that the customer used to pay for the order.

 The owner of the credit card used for purchasing the goods will be required to sign for the receipt, upon delivery.
